Tech Ethics Today

Technology ethics has grown tremendously as a field over the past several years as disruptive technologies such as social media and AI have impacted society in various ways. Today's lecture examine the core of the discipline, with a focus on its intellectual strengths and major limitations. 

We have two main in-class learning goals. By the end of lecture today you will:

  1. Gain working knowledge of the interplay between the buisness ethics and tech ethics fields.
  2. Understand how the three main ethical frameworks show up in technology ethics.
